Let’s meet in person before the new year

After almost three years with only very few offline events, we are delighted that we will soon be able to share our knowledge at three major industry events.

November 7, 2022

Even if the year 2022 is slowly coming to an end, we still have a lot planned for the next two months. In November and December, FaunaPhotonics will be speaking at various events about what we’ve accomplished this year and how our sensors are helping to revolutionize pest management and the monitoring of insect biodiversity and pollinators like honeybees and bumblebees.

On the 13th of November 2022, Klas Rydhmer from FaunaPhotonics’ data team, who is writing an Industrial PhD, is speaking about ‘Monitoring insect biodiversity using short range LIDAR’ at the ESA, ESC and ESBC Joint Annual Meeting in Vancouver. Read more about the presentation as part of the session ‘Digital Tools and Ecological Techniques to Understand Complex Insect Behavior’ here.

On the 15th of November 2022, Kevin James Knagg, Commercial Director at FaunaPhotonics will present our business case as a practical example at the roundtable about regenerative and biodiverse food production from the Food & Bio Cluster Denmark. Find more information about the events here.

On the 7th of December 2022 FaunaPhotonics’ founder and board member, Frederik Taarnhøj is speaking at the NOAH Conference in Zurich. As part of the Environmental KPI System session on day two, Frederik will be talking about the benefits of ‘Monitoring insects digitally to give insights into pests, pollinators and biodiversity’. All event details can be found here.
